It features selectable voltage modes for either 12V or 24V systems, making it versatile for use across a wide range of vehicles and equipment. The advanced microprocessor-controlled charging algorithm includes critical functions such as battery analysis, desulfation, bulk charge, absorption, float maintenance, and battery testing.

This unit incorporates Ampmatic technology, which automatically adjusts the charging current based on the battery’s size and state of charge, ensuring safe and efficient charging without overcharging. It also includes a special save mode for deeply discharged batteries and a power supply function for maintaining system settings during battery changes.

With robust safety features like reverse polarity protection, spark suppression, and automatic shutdown for damaged batteries, the OptiMate 7 Select is safe for unattended long-term use. Its weatherproof design and wall-mounting capability make it ideal for workshop or outdoor environments.
